Education

AUDUBON ADVENTURES is an environmental education program for elementary school children, primarily 3rd through 6th grade. This program develops students’ awareness, understanding and appreciation of birds, other wildlife species, and their habitat requirements. f you would like to make a donation to our Education Fund to help supply local school's with the Audubon Adventure's kit. Please contact the center today.

You can now view a color version of our  Kids Trail Guide designed by Leah Hagen. Download your copy today and then come learn and enjoy  the nature trail at  the Ridge Nature center.  This trail guide was designed by kids for kids.

Recycle Your Old Binoculars and Field Guides
Do you have an old pair of binoculars that you are no longer using? How about an old field guide that is just collecting dust? Please consider donating them to the Ridge Audubon Society's. These item's will be used by  visitor's to the center as well as part of an upcoming education program with local school's. Drop off these item's to the center or contact us for more information. Thank you for helping Ridge Audubon!
